The house shares a gated backyard and parking space with its neighboring property, which is also under our management. Both homes are enclosed within this private gated area and share a driveway for parking. Each home has its own privacy fencing around the hot tub area and patio, ensuring privacy while enjoying the shared space. Additionally, this house features its own private fenced side yard.
